Shipping policy

Printify (POD)

  • Printify offers Standard, Priority, and Express options where available.

  • Costs and estimated transit times depend on the selected Print Provider, the destination, and the service level—they’re shown at checkout.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed (carriers control transit). Printify does not offer refunds/reprints for carrier-caused delays.

The Worn Witness Warehouse

  • We use major carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

  • Estimated transit times (after the 24-hour handling window):

    • Economy: 3–8 business days

    • Standard/Ground: 2–5 business days

    • Expedited: 1–3 business days

    • Overnight: 1 business day (order cutoff and carrier availability apply)

Transit times are estimates and exclude weekends/holidays.


Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as a label is created.

  • For split shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking links for each package.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.


Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect/insufficient addresses.

  • Address changes can only be made before fulfillment starts. For POD items, once production begins, changes are rarely possible.


Delivery Issues

Delays

  • Weather, peak-season volume, customs, or carrier network issues may cause delays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Lost in Transit / No Movement

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic), contact us at thewornwitness@gmail.com with your order number.

Marked “Delivered,” Not Received

  • First, check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office/UPS Access Point.

  • If still missing after 48 hours of a “Delivered” scan, email thewornwitness@gmail.com.

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can investigate with the carrier/print provider.

Damaged Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and the item within 30 days of delivery to thewornwitness@gmail.com so we can assist. POD items follow Printify’s defect/damage process.

POD items: Per Printify policy, carrier delays are not refundable and reprints/refunds are not issued for missed delivery estimates.


International Shipping (if enabled)

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates unless explicitly stated.

  • Customs processing can add unpredictable delays. Delivery estimates do not include customs time.

  • Some items/brands may not be available to ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier or Print Provider restrictions.


Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address once we receive it back. Additional reshipping fees may apply.

  • For POD items, returns to sender are handled by the Print Provider’s facility rules; reshipment may require a new order if the item is not restocked by the provider.


Shipping Regions & Restrictions

  • We currently ship to: [United States / add countries if applicable].

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for some expedited options and certain oversized items. APO/FPO availability may vary by product and carrier.


Pre-Orders / Backorders (if applicable)

  • If an item is listed as a pre-order/backorder, the estimated ship window will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout. Your card may be charged at purchase; shipment occurs once inventory is available.


Holiday & Peak-Season Notes

  • Production and carrier networks experience heavy volume in November–December and around major holidays. We recommend ordering early; delivery dates are not guaranteed during peak periods.
