Refund policy
At The Worn Witness, every product is created with care and purpose. Because many of our items are print-on-demand and made just for you, we are only able to accept returns in limited cases as outlined below.
Print-on-Demand Products
We partner with Printify to produce many of our apparel items. Printify’s policy allows for free replacements or refunds if there are:

Manufacturing defects

Printing errors

Items damaged in transit
To be eligible, issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery and include clear photo proof of the problem.

⚠️ Please note: Print-on-demand products are custom made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong size or color

Changing your mind after purchase
Items Shipped Directly by The Worn Witness
For products we ship (not produced through Printify), we will accept returns if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item was shipped
To request a return or refund, please email us at [your support email] within 14 days of delivery. Please provide photos and your order details. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Sent back in the original packaging (when possible)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Print-on-demand apparel with no defect/damage

Digital downloads

Sale or clearance items
Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

For replacements, tracking information will be sent once the new item ships.
